For BASF we developed a full automatic ibc cleaner which cleans the in- and out side of the ibc. The installation is suitable for all types of ibc’s which are used at BASF.
The automatic ibc cleaner is made out of stainless steel and only the best components are used.
The automatic ibc cleaner is tailor made and suitable for all kinds of ibc’s.
NEW!! Basic-Line tank cleaning installations
For customers who don’t have to clean very much road tankers or ISO tank containers a day, or have a limited budget, we developed a new range of tank cleaning installations. Our Basic-Line tank cleaning installations are reliable and professional but the concept is totally different from our full automatic Professional-Line which is designed for 24 hour usage.
The complete installation is build into a new 20 or 40’ sea container and the rail with the rotating tank cleaning nozzles is mounted on a galvanised construction which is attached to the container. The installation is ready for use within 1-2 days on site! The customer only have to take care of the drainage of wasted water and the supply of water and electricity.
With our Basic-Line we hope to serve customers who want a good installation without spending to much money.
Latex and Resins cleaning system LCS21
Latex and Resins have a number of characteristics which create a tough challenge for cleaning Latex and Resins transport vehicles, equipment and containers. The LCS21 Latex and Resins Cleaner is designed specifically for the interior cleaning of these containers. By the use of a special chemical solution and rotor jet residual and dried up resins are removed. The Resins cleaning equipment utilizes a cleaning solution and a temperature between 20 and 90°C. To secure safety for people and materials the equipment operates as a closed system. What makes this LCS21 system unique is recirculation, many tanks or containers can be cleaned using the same batch of the chemical solution. This means a double saving: you keep the cost down and by doing so you save the natural environment as well. It is possible to connect either one or two rotor jets to the latex stripper, which makes cleaning two containers simultaneously an option.
