Latex and Resins cleaning system LCS21
Latex and Resins have a number of characteristics which create a tough challenge for cleaning Latex and Resins transport vehicles, equipment and containers. The LCS21 Latex and Resins Cleaner is designed specifically for the interior cleaning of these containers. By the use of a special chemical solution and rotor jet residual and dried up resins are removed. The Resins cleaning equipment utilizes a cleaning solution and a temperature between 20 and 90°C. To secure safety for people and materials the equipment operates as a closed system. What makes this LCS21 system unique is recirculation, many tanks or containers can be cleaned using the same batch of the chemical solution. This means a double saving: you keep the cost down and by doing so you save the natural environment as well. It is possible to connect either one or two rotor jets to the latex stripper, which makes cleaning two containers simultaneously an option.
Fully-automatic IBC cleaning unit
Meijer Cleaning Systems has designed a unique, fully automatic IBC cleaning unit, specially intended for clients who clean IBCs regularly or non-stop.
The starting points for the design were:

• Perfect functioning
The unit is extremely robustly constructed from the best components. The entire structure is made from stainless steel and the moving parts are driven by pneumatic cylinders. The unit has an excellently performing rotor arm, specially designed for IBC cleaning.
Operation is as follows:
• The IBC is placed on the unit with a fork-lift truck. Nothing can go wrong with this because of the excellent guides
• An employee selects the desired programme
• The IBC tilts to guarantee complete emptying
• The trolley with the rotor arm travels down until the correct position is reached
• The cleaning programme is completed
• The trolley with the rotor arm travels back upwards
• The IBC tilts back into the resting position
• The IBC can be removed
The unit is a stand-alone machine, which can also be connected to an existing high-pressure system. A tailor-made stationary high-pressure unit can also be supplied. The advantage of this is that we can supply fully automatic programmes with detergent or disinfectant, for example. Tailor-made for every application! Further variables are the desired pressure, hot or cold water, water volume, etc.
The unit can easily be moved and can be supplied with a waste-water collection vessel if desired.
